Preparing For Drywall Finishing With Red Paper

The drywall is hung and it's almost time for tape, mud and texture. To get ready for the mess, our construction crew have protected the floors and steps with red paper.

I believe that's rosen paper. It's intended use is as a friction layer under wood flooring, but I use it, as your crew did, to protect flooring during work.
